We will work with you to design exactly what you desire in your new home, addition or renovation project. We have access to 100's of home plans that can be customized to suit your style and design preference or we can start from the beginning and create your own custom plans.
We provide all working drawings designed in-house to your specifications. We are able to design new homes, additions, and any interior renovation projects that call for working drawings or floor plans. If you wish for us to build new or add an addition we handle all procedures from drawings to obtaining building permits, needed inspections and final engineering. We can also offer services for space planning, interior design and home staging. We design and build all types and sizes of homes, additions and house renovations. No concerns if you're not looking for millions dollar mansions. We enjoy designing, redesigning and building in city and suburban neighborhoods with city size lots and challenging structures. It makes our creativity flourish! We can be as elaborate or minimal as you desire!
Our Process:
- Initial meeting to get a a feel for what you want, how you live and what your needs are
- After either choosing an existing plan or starting to design an original plan, we begin to modify design to meet your requirements
- We will visit your home or new site to measure, take pictures and evaluate premises
- We begin the process of finalizing design specifications
- Once plans are completed, we submit to Building Department for approval
- We make any changes required by Building Department and then proceed to acquiring final Building Permits
